  • Rispoli: Springfield Report

Hi everyone, I have been on the road for several weeks between road racing and dirttrack racing being home just one week; its been just crazy. I worked with my team and sponsors to get together with all the best components and manufacturers to challenge the two key disciplines Springfield has to offer the mile and TT. And, if that wasn't enough we prepared two full on AMA Pro SuperSport bikes to chase the podium at Road America the following weekend. It's been a crazy couple of months since Daytona but I am really ready for the challenge ahead. I have so many people to thank that were involved and all I can say is thank you to each and every one for your products, labor support, help and technology. Without each of you this dream could not continue to be stoked. Thank you! » more

  • Mees: Arizona Race Report

For it being Arizona it was pretty chilly. Seems the cold weather is following the race circuit. I felt great in practice, was anywhere between 2nd to 4th fastest throughout practice and qualifying. I ended up 3rd overall which was pole in the 3rd Heat race. In the Heat I got the hole shot, but Kenny Coolbeth and Matt Weidman got by me. I returned the favor and started to make a little ground, winning the Heat, putting me in the Dash. I have not won a Dash yet so am still looking for that. I got a good start but Sam got through turns 1 and 2 fast and I couldn't get going fast enough, getting drafted by Coolbeth, finishing 3rd. » more

  • Weidman: Prescott, AZ Report

After viewing the schedule earlier this year, I knew it was going to be a really tough time being able to afford to hit these west coast races. However, a huge thanks to Ron Wood, as he let me come out and ride his beautiful BMW. My dad and I flew out Friday night, and drove up from Phoenix to Prescott. After hanging out and getting some rest, I headed off to the track ready to ride. Since it was a new track, the AMA let us have an extra free practice session. I went out for the first time ever on the bike and felt awesome! I finished the first round in 5th. It was a great start to the day, and we all were pretty excited. » more

  • Baker: 2010 Daytona Short Track National Race Report

The day before the first national, AMA Pro was kind enough to put on a three hour practice for us at the new short track. This was really helpful because it gave us a feel of the new track and an idea on bike set-up. By the end of the day, I was dialed in and ready to go for the national. » more

  • Rispoli: Daytona Report

The long awaited season opener for the AMA Pro Flat Track Grand National Singles Championship season has come and gone. I had such an awesome time the last two weeks and while I feel I could of done better, I was able to achieve a couple of podium finishes for the week and got out of there in 3rd place overall for the championship which was much better than last years start. My highlight of the week was making the podium and getting a second place finish on the new short track on its inaugural night at the famed Daytona Speedway in front of a sell-out crowd of more than 5,000. The only thing better was winning at the famed Daytona Stadium in 2009, the last time anyone will get a chance to do it again. Cool stuff for sure!!! » more

  • Weidman: Pomona Report

Matthew was fortunate to ride Chris Carr's XR750 again this year at Pomona. I am starting with a big thanks to Kenny Tolbert and Chris, Matt treasures these opportunities to work with both of these great people. » more

  • Halbert: Pomona Report

Going into Pomona I was thinking I needed to just go in and get 28 points, by winning the Dash for Cash, and the GNC Main event. I then would have guaranteed myself at least second place in the AMA GNC Twins Championship, and a shot at winning if Jared Mees finished 10th or worse. I felt like all the training I have done all year has built up to this event, and I was ready to put it to good use. » more

  • Rispoli: Chasing a record; BUB Motorcycle Speed Trials

What insanity! I just finished my mile race at Indy and hopped in the van to head to St. Louis to catch a morning flight out to Salt Lake. You see I had a date with a ten foot black beauty and a chase for a new landspeed record. » more
