Turned pro in 2009 and plans to contest the entire AMA Pro Flat Track Grand National Singles Championship aboard the No. 81T Kawasaki KX-450F. Heggarty is adapting quickly to the highly competitive class, finishing 11th at the Daytona Short Track and 7th at the Springfield TT.

Career Highlights

2008 - Won both Canadian National CMRC Intermediate 450 and Open Championships as well as many amateur race wins in AMA District 14.
