(January 23, 2013) - Next Moto Champion is pleased to announce that they have signed the #54 National Guard Jordan Suzuki rider Roger Hayden to a one-year deal as the author of a two-page monthly column in Next Moto Champion magazine. NMC magazine looks forward to giving its readers a more in-depth look at Roger Hayden as he details his fight for the 2013 AMA Pro National Guard SuperBike Championship in a monthly segment called “Grip it and Rip it with Roger Hayden.”

Roger Hayden #54 National Guard Jordan Suzuki:
“I’m really looking forward to being a part of Next Moto Champion for the 2013 season, it seems like it’s grown a lot over the last year with the magazine, website and talk show. They’re doing a great job in getting the riders and motorcycle racing the publicity and exposure they deserve. The main reason I signed up to write a monthly article is to give the fans some insight to the guy behind the helmet. It gives them a chance to see what I do for fun, or at home. A lot of people don’t get to see our real personalities; they just see leathers and a helmet on TV. When we are interviewed after the race it’s usually just about the race and thanking sponsors so it doesn’t leave much time for anything else. I think Owensboro, Kentucky is a unique place and people will find it interesting that even though I’m a professional racer there are other things I enjoy and I look forward to telling people about it in this monthly article.”

Jon Boucher, CEO Next Moto Champion
“We just keep raising the bar and I love it! When we announced that Cameron Beaubier and Jake Lewis would have a regular article in Next Moto Champion magazine the NMC fans asked us to bring a SuperBike rider into the mix. We wanted Roger Hayden for a number of reasons, once people get to know him they will see that he is an interesting and entertaining person and they will have a good time reading his article. We also like that similar to Next Moto Champion, Roger Hayden has some serious momentum moving in the right direction after taking home his first SuperBike win towards the end of the 2012 season. I think Roger is going to have a great year and we are excited to team up with him and having in the pages of our magazine.”
