AMA Pro Racing Releases New Mobile Site and Web Apps

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (April 22, 2013) – AMA Pro Racing is pleased to announce the launch of updated mobile sites for GEICO Motorcycle AMA Pro Road Racing and AMA Pro Flat Track presented by J&P Cycles, full of new features and content specially formatted for display on tablets and smartphones. The new sites offer the same in-depth coverage and multimedia content that is available on http://www.amaproracing.com, and have also been configured as Web Apps, meaning iPhone users can easily put the links front and center on their Home screen.
Fans will now have instant access to the season schedules, with links to purchase tickets to upcoming events, as well as the option to stream broadcasts from previous races through AMA Pro Live’s Online DVR functionality. The latest news articles are available in a mobile-friendly format alongside photo galleries, detailed rider bios and access to official series Twitter feeds.
In order to install the sites as Web Apps, just open up the links listed below on an iPhone or iPad, tap the plus sign, and then tap “Add to Home screen.” An icon will be added to the Home screen automatically for easy, one-tap access to the latest series news and information.
