MONTEREY, Calif. (July 9, 2014) - For the first time in his four year professional racing career, Ryan Kerr will be boarding a plane and not the highway to go racing. This weekend, Kerr will be competing in the competitive Vance and Hines Harley Davidson class at Mazda Raceway in Laguna Seca, California. Kerr states, “It will be very different for me to fly to a race. I am used to loading up and pulling a trailer, but I am always up for new challenges. This will be my first time racing on this track and I am excited for the new experience and know that I am up for it.”
Kerr left the last race at Barber Motorsports Park very disappointed. Kerr explains, “I had several mechanical issues throughout the event which resulted in my inability to finish the race. As any racer knows; this is very frustrating and heart breaking. But my bike should be in great condition for this race and I am ready to get back on the track! I turned 23 on June 24th and a perfect belated birthday present would be a great finish at Laguna Seca this weekend.”
Ryan Kerr would like to thank all of his sponsors, crew, family, friends, and fans. Kerr states, “I appreciate all of my supporters who allow me to live my dream and give me the confidence that I need to “RACE MY BEST”. Watch the race LIVE at 3:30 on July 12 at fanschoice.tv.
